We get the texture with the microcement, but due to its porosity it is necessary to apply a sealant that waterproofs and provides extra protection. We can apply this sealant in three different finishes:
Shine finish microcement
This finish highlights the microcement colors and provides a finishing effect with strong light flashes.
Satin finish microcement
The Satin finish leaves a smooth and shiny surface and leave a middle ground finish between gloss and matte with slight reflections of light.

What is microcement?
Microcement is a synthetic coating, with highly resistant and flexible resins, that once mixed and kneaded, spreads on the surface, obtaining a total screed of 2 to 3 mm. It does not have joints and it allows all surfaces to be joined with the same material, giving a homogeneous, clean and modern appearance.
How durable is microcement?
Microcement is highly durable and with proper maintenance, it will pass without deterioration for many years. Maintenance is extremely simple, once a week with scrubbing and a pH detergent.
How much does a square meter of microcement cost?
This depends on the characteristic of the space, but in general the m2 os microcement is 65€.
What is better, microcement or polished cement?
Although the finishes of microcement and polished cement are very similar, they are completely different materials. Polished cement is only applicable on the floor, ant its minimum thickness is 5cms, also it needs expansion joints every 4-5 metes. On the other hand, microcment is applicable in floors, walls and ceilings and it can be applied to almost any surfaces and does not require expansion joints.
